Hops Testing Service
We offer standardized hops analysis according to the American Society for Brewing Chemists (ASBC) methods.
Accurate quantitative results are validated by participation in the Check Sample program through the ASBC.
1. α and β acids by HPLC
• $40 per sample
• ASBC Hops-14 Method
• Pre-dried hops cones, pellets, extracts: Submit 1- 1.5oz (25g)
• Fresh (wet) hops: Submit 3- 5oz (>100g)
2. Total essential oils
